Influence of Corporate Governance on the Performance of SOEs In Ghana

This research survey aimed at investigating the influence of corporate governance on the performance of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in relation to management, ownership and political control in Ghana from the stakeholder perspective. 

The results will be published in my Masters dissertation and may also contribute to other academic outputs such as papers in relevant literatures and journals. It will not be used in a manner which would allow identification of your individual responses.
