This study seeks to determine the extent to which transformational leadership style influences ICT integration in teaching and learning in public primary schools; determine the moderating influence of teachers self-efficacy in technology on the relationship between transformational leadership style and integration of in teaching and learning in public primary schools; and to examine the mediating influence of school environment on the relationship between transformational leadership style and integration of in teaching and learning in public primary schools.
