Transformational Leadership Style, Teachers Self-Efficacy in Technology and ICT Integration in Teaching and Learning in Public Primary Schools in Nairobi County

This study seeks to determine the extent to which transformational leadership style influences ICT integration in teaching and learning in public primary schools; determine the moderating influence of teachers self-efficacy in technology on the relationship between transformational leadership style and integration of in teaching and learning in public primary schools; and to examine the mediating influence of school environment on the relationship between transformational leadership style and integration of in teaching and learning in public primary schools.
